Prime Minister Visit 15th April 2023

On the 15th April 2023, Robert and Linzie Watts were proud to hold a meeting for the Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak when he came to visit Bury. The event was organised through our local M.P. James Daly and representatives from No10 in London.

The visit was a great success with huge crowds coming to see and we had a great time hosting the P.M. and other local councillors, the visit lasted a few hours with Rishi sampling our own No10 Tea and Robs homemade Red Velvet cake which the P.M. thoroughly enjoyed. the security team even spent time our daughter, Amelia making her an honorary member of the No10 protection team.

The P.M. brought us a gift of a signed Tea towel and was a lot of fun throughout the visit.

It was a great opportunity for us to show off our own No10 , which whilst not as famous as the No10 in London is certainly one of the best places to visit when in Bury.

The P.M. is welcome back any time and we were proud to have him visit.
